From the first phone call or email contact you have with our advisors to the warm welcome you receive once your home from your trip, we work hard to provide our clients a premier travel experience and great value.

What About Cost?
Travel providers (hotels, cruise lines, resorts and tour operators) value the customer service and expertise we provide and pay us a commission to sell their products. The price you pay for your travel purchase is the same, whether you are working with one of our Advisors, booking directly from the travel provider, or working with an internet-only booking engine. The difference is the level of service we add for each of our valued clients. It’s simple – if you want service, you work with a professional human being. If you don’t want service, you work with a computerized reservation service. We’re sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that you can still get real, old-fashioned customer service without paying more, and you’ll love some of the little “extras” that we can add to your vacation experience!
